Return and exchange policy for Flairée
Flairée has a 30-day return policy for all sealed, unopened boxes of perfume, from the time of package arrival. Every 50mL bottle of perfume includes a sample of the same scent for trial so that a decision can be made before opening the perfume’s box. Once the seal has been broken on the box, the bottle is ineligible for return.
We want you to love your scents and if you aren’t sure which scent you will like the most, you can always try our discovery set to get 2mL samples of each of our fragrances.
Damaged or missing product
If your product is damaged, was never delivered, or is not what you ordered please reach out to customer service within 30 business days of when the package was delivered. Contact hello@flairee.co.co for assistance.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at hello@flairee.co.co.
