Only our 50 mL Grand Perfume bottles are eligible for return. All other products, including Discovery Sets, Rollers, Compacts, 15 mL Mini Perfumes, and individual samples are final sale.
Email us at hello@flairee.co within 30 days of delivery to request a return authorization.
Items must be in their original, sealed and unopened packaging.
Every 50 mL Grand Perfume includes a 2 mL sample so you can test before opening the main bottle. Once the box seal is broken, the item becomes ineligible for return.
If your order arrives damaged, is missing an item, or you received the wrong product, please contact us within 30 days of delivery at hello@flairee.co. We’ll make it right.
Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds are issued to your original payment method.
Processing Time: Allow up to 5 business days for us to process the return.
Bank Posting: It can take 1–2 billing cycles for your bank or card issuer to post the refund.
