Order Processing & Shipment Schedule
• Orders are processed and shipped twice a week from our studio in Temecula, CA, USA.
Transit Times
• Once shipped, packages typically arrive within 2–8 business days, depending on your location and carrier.
• You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email (with tracking) as soon as your order leaves our studio.

• Free on orders over $75
• Shipping fee on orders under $75 to be calculated during checkout
Holiday & Peak-Season Notice
During major holidays or promotional events, processing times may be extended by 1–2 business days. We appreciate your patience during these busy periods.
Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package is lost in transit or arrives damaged, please email us within 7 days of the estimated delivery date so we can assist you:
